  • If you really believed you are going to die, you would be more involved in your life.
  • There is nothing like family. Love each other or perish.
  • Fully embrace emotions and detach.
  • People want to go back to a younger age because their life is not fulfilling. If it is, you don’t want to go back.
  • You have to find what’s good and true and beautiful in your life as it is now
  • Offering others what you have to give will give satisfaction.
  • Do the things that come from your heart
  • Be fully present. When I am talking to you, I am thinking about you.
  • In marriage you need to respect each other. Compromise. Open discussion about what is going on. Common set of values.
  • Create a community of people you genuinely love
  • Be compassionate. And take responsibility for each other.
  • Forgive yourself and forgive others.
  • What would be your perfect day?
